The various studies listed below are suspended during the summer months.

Several studies are available, September through May, on Wednesday evenings following the dinner (7-8 p.m.).

1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 10-11:30 am*

Welcome All

We believe God creates and equips us as helpers – protecting, supporting, shielding, sustaining, delivering, comforting, encouraging and blessing the Body of Christ at CPC. It is our privilege and responsibility to demonstrate our obedience to the Giver of our gifts by discovering and developing them for the common good of CPC.

Purpose

The purpose of the Women's Ministry is that every woman know Christ personally and be committed to extending His Kingdom in her life, home, church, community and throughout the world. The Women's Ministry should be concerned with the following:

  1. To grow in the knowledge of the Word.
  2. To minister to the sick and bereaved.
  3. To have a part in mission work at home and abroad.
  4. To enjoy Christian fellowship with one another.
  5. To show love and concern to all ladies in our church.
  6. To be used as an outreach in prayer.
  7. To help further hospitality functions of the church.
  8. Other items approved by the Women's Ministry Council and/or the Session.

Duties and Responsibilities of Women's Ministry Council Members

  1. Attend all council meetings.
  2. Report monthly to the Vice President the program, activities, and plans for her particular area of responsibility.
  3. Enlist women to serve on a committee as needed.
  4. Neither the Council nor any member of the Council except the concerned committee will act decisively upon or make binding decisions for any event until after the planning deadline has arrived and the committee chair has been contacted.
